This unique monthly event occurs on the third Sunday of each month and combines community style acupuncture with Sound Therapy to create a one of a kind healing and relaxing experience.
A sound bath is meditative and exhilarating. Those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves to help people relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns.

This Month our Zenergy hour will also include a guided meditation.

Community acupuncture is a style of acupuncture that is offered in a small group setting to provide a collective healing energy and help improve physical and emotional wellbeing.
